When I founded Ash M Photography, it was with a passion for creating beautiful, impactful images within the commercial space. But alongside our work in business, I felt compelled to give back — to use our talents to serve others. That’s how Service with Impact was born: a small but sincere effort to partner with local nonprofits, offering complimentary photography that amplifies their stories of hope, resilience, and community progress. These moments of giving back, though modest, touched our hearts and reinforced our purpose — to make a difference wherever we can.

After seeing how powerful storytelling can be and realizing the gaps faced by underserved and underprivileged youth, I knew we could do more. That’s why we established the InFocus Foundation — a charitable organization focused on providing access to creative arts education for those who need it most. Our mission is to inspire and empower young people through innovative photography programs that unlock their potential, nurture their creativity, and build confidence for a brighter future.

This journey is driven by community — by the belief that together, we can help shape pathways to success for the next generation. As we expand our reach, I invite you to join us. Who We Are

  • At InFocus Foundation, our mission is to inspire and empower underserved and underprivileged youth by providing access to innovative photography programs. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to tell their story, express their creativity, and develop confidence that lasts a lifetime. Through structured, high-quality art education, we nurture their potential, giving voice to the silent and unseen, and opening pathways toward brighter futures.

  • Since launching, InFocus Foundation has begun making a difference—giving youth tools to capture their world and develop vital skills. Our programs foster confidence, critical thinking, community pride, and future career pathways in media arts and storytelling.

    Thanks to generous donors, we've already raised $17,500, supporting younger learners and expanding our reach. Our partnership with NASCAR’s Impact Week in November will further extend our influence, encouraging community support and volunteerism.

    The upcoming program, set to start in March 2026, will serve 60 youth, providing professional-grade cameras, instruction, and exhibition opportunities. Each student will gain not just technical skills but a sense of purpose and belonging that can change their trajectory.

  • Across our community, hundreds of children with invisible challenges—such as ADHD, autism, and poverty—are eager to learn but lack access to essential tools and mentorship. Currently, 60 students are waiting to participate in our transformative 8-week program. Their opportunity to build skills in photography, storytelling, and self-expression is limited by the lack of resources.

    Arts education has proven to increase academic engagement, boost self-esteem, and prepare youth for future careers. Yet, these programs are often the first to be cut in under-resourced communities. Without intervention, cycles of limited aspiration persist—this is the moment to act.
